This quarter I am taking one class, the theology of pastoral leadership. It's a different kind of class than anything I have taken before. I am learning about how to lead in a pastoral setting. I make mistakes and I take those mistakes to class and I learn from them. It's freeing! I know I am going to make mistakes so having a class that teaches me how to deal with those mistakes is a treasure. My classmates are amazing too. They are trustworthy and kind and yet also committed to helping each other grow and become better leaders. I am honored to be counted among them.
