Slow Down, Begin Again

Poetry, spiritual practice, Spirituality
Today's offering comes to us from Roy DeLeon. It perfectly fits the overall theme of BeguineAgain and the theme of being awake to the presence of the divine. Morning meditation: Let's begin again To be more open To be more spacious To be more welcoming Let's begin again To be more patient To be more gentle To be more giving Let's begin again To be less critical To be less whiny To be less judging Let's begin again To be more who we are: Loving, Lovable, Loved.
