A young woman I work with has been through every trauma possible in the past 4 weeks. She appears tough, but she is really very vulnerable. At the same time she has been traumatized, random people have surrounded her with loving kindness. And again, the people of Lake Washington UMC spontaneously stepped up this week and took her to a job interview. Why? Because they genuinely care for the lost, the least, and the lonely.
