Grateful for Preparation

Gratitude
I am preparing to go on a certification training event for SoulCollage(R). I am packing and gathering collage materials. Well, sort of! Currently, I am thinking about packing and gathering collage materials! This has been a week of difficult motivation. I've been fatigued and just a little lackadaisical. I need to remember, when I go to a big event, I need to plan time to just "be" afterwards. (Can I plug the Be Zine here? A monthly gathering of excellent writing from the Beguine Again/Bardo Group!) Back on topic...planning time to just "be." That's important! Sitting, silence, thoughts, light, noticing anxiety and other emotions, fullness, emptiness...kitten snores...time to be. And in this time to be, is the most fertile preparation of all. For in the stillness, I can hear my heart. ...
