This is the litany written by the Council of Bishops of the AME denomination. The AME denomination is the home of Mother Emmanuel AME in Charleston, SC, where the massacre of 9 church members took place. I used this in liturgy last Sunday but want to continue the hope that is contained within the message from the AME. I also want to privilege their voice over my voice in this instance. ...
