Word:  Yesterday, I continued the conversation on how we have difficult conversations. Fred Kofman, PhD, said on his video that hard conversations are like the tango. You dance and move and you will see things you didn't see (as will your partner). In fact, he insists that is the foundation to having a difficult conversation, remembering that your conversational partner is seeing something you are not seeing. So stay curious about that. Daily Practice for July 30, 2016

Word: Today is national dance day! Woohoo! So You Think You Can Dance has developed a routine. I just sat in bed and was able to do a sitting-still version of it while I prepare this missive. I think that it is doable for most people!
