headphones plug the ears
plastic, uncreated, knots
filling the senses
commercials of noise
popular melodies play
heard only by you
you have lost the truth
plugging your mind with blockades
keeping all away
a created myth
your solitude is shallow
holding only one
truth in solitude
can be found when together
you, me, and the source
separate is yours
solitude is mine to share
even when alone
Daily Haiku #15
Word Challenge: Solitude
The Haiku Challenge
P.S. To everybody who visits and comments: I really appreciate it deeply! I am working on getting back to all the visitors who have left comments but I'm a little behind due to dear daughter's illness (strep). I am looking forward to honoring your work!
yes, two worlds (0r more) can merge together in same world of solitude- thats very much possible.
just loved this unique take on the theme; unique and intelligent.

You are generous with your solitude. Thank you.
A gentle haiku explosion, pointing out the error of our ways.
wow! one of the best i read in this challenge so far…solitude does make it possible…
Truth in solitude………two worlds merging…in solitude noise has very little reason to clash with our aloneness.
I like it
Powerful energy within it … everyone would benefit from learning to enjoy the gift of solitude rather than avoid it … alas, it is easy to put off … however, when the destination is reached … “ahhh”! Thank you for sharing. becca

Like everything, solitude goes two ways. It makes room for grace or closes the door on it. I really enjoyed this and your ability to take it as far as you did.
wow, very impressive sets of Haikus.
rich and lovely texture,
cheers.
“awesome”, this is one of the best I read..
Someone is Special
