"Which do I choose? A or B?"
Whether it's a small choice or a momentous decision, we can often feel tense, even anguished, trying to make the "right" or "best" choice. If we decide on A, the voice in our head tells us all the things wrong with A and shows us how the better choice is B. We decide to go with B, and the voice will make a case for A. Then the voice says that we're screwed no matter what we do. If we make a decision that results in a less than optimal outcome, the voice then blames us for choosing the very option it recommended in the first place.
Experiment with living in the freedom of "no mistakes."
