A haiku moment is a point in time where you "honor, hold, and fully experience a fleeting moment that takes you out of yourself, a moment that hints at the deeper unity that lies beneath the surface of things."(1)
What is your haiku moment today?
purring cat
climbs into my lap
vibrations of love

AB-sooo-lutely!! 😀
My haiku moment today was in celebrating the end of a long thunderstorm with my canine and feline family members! We were so wordlessly bonded in that moment of brightening and quietening skies!
That sounds like a lovely moment! Reflecting on rising up to meet the bumps, but also that you can pause between bumps and reflect.
I miss thunderstorms. We get the rain, but rarely thunder or lightning.
