Hi there. I am trying to get myself together. I have missed the last two weeks of posting here because I have been overwhelmed with my life and not keeping up with myself. I am sorry.
The good news is that I am creating a system flexible enough for my health variables and yet structured enough to remind me when what I believe is important needs to happen. I am so grateful to not have to do this without help. I have been reading books, talking with people, and trying new things out.
For the moment this means keeping a Bullet Journal, following some organization advice from David Allen, the Dragontree, Hal Elrod, and others, and reassessing my daily routines. My husband, my friends, and my family have been very supportive in this time of chaotic change. Again I am so grateful to have help in this process I keep adapting.
