I don't practice gratitude often enough. I wonder why it's so much easier to focus on what isn't working in my life rather than what is. Why is it so easy to complain about what we have instead of saying, "thank you" for it?
Even when we know something is a gift and a blessing, we forget to say thanks.
I'm going to make a list of what I have to be grateful for tonight. Maybe that will turn what I have into "enough." I hope you will try doing the same. Even if you can only find one thing, maybe tomorrow you'll find two. I hope starting to look for good things leads to an "attitude of gratitude."
