Week 37 Awards
Week 37 Awards from Jingle

water

cup
of life
fluid gold
river of myrrh
promised frankincense
mother gaia’s offshoot
in the beginning, she was
after the beginning, she is
when the beginning ends, she will be
her strong curves carving worlds into being

~Terri Stewart, January 2011

Inspired by Meg's use of etheree at the MegZone and the greatest gift the earth holds within, water.

Thanks to Jingle for the Perfect Poet Award, Week 37, at the Poet's Rally!

And, thanks to Jingle again for the Star Poet Award for Week 37.  Jingle is a blessing to the community.

For Week 38, I'd like to nominate Dan Roberson.

In areas of the world where water is scarce, people and animals fight for water rights. The slogan in Calif. is "Food grows where water flows". Your poem conveys that message in a beautiful way.
