    Delightful! "Cult" has taken on a pejorative meaning, but it doesn't have to be. I like the end of this haiku, the "wondering." I imagine The Twelve were doing a lot of that... Virgin’s cult

    A ha, so this is what a commenter at Becca Given's sight meant by her haiku for today--a cult indeed was Christianity when those disciples gathered in the upper room again after the crucifixion! Are we still wondering what we are supposed to do next?

      Oh, I think so! We wonder what to do next and like the early disciples, some of us hide and some run away and some do.

    Yes! The "upper room" gives a sense of being closeted! The haiku appeals to the feeling we may harbour of cults!
