April 5: Seriously

the alterity of the onion in the cosmos

perfectly smooth
enemies and friends
blandly
greeting each other
avoiding intersections
voices unnoticed

crack unnoticed
friends misunderstand
congregate
reasonably building
together and ignoring
voices of harmony

fissure widens
come together and
cement
the differences
drowning the other
voices in concrete

layers revealed
vision cleared to
see
beautiful diversity
through a veil
voices obscured

smooth substratum
so close together
thin
places of liminal
viscosity carry
voices of angels

ethereal core
gathered in one
body
together as one
rooted in earth
voices rejoice

I really like your poetry, "Seriously," is very good. My favorite verse is, "vision cleared to see beautiful diversity through a veil," very, very, nice. Show me where the button is to follow...your site is lovely and deep in substance and rich in imagery. We can learn alot together. Peace. John

Ethereal Core is right! One people, spinning equal. I liked the fissures verse, and coming back together. No divides. And voices of angels, singing perhaps?

They might be singing! But definitely moving towards rejoicing.
